Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention, not OSHA standards. This course provides a greater depth and variety of training on an expanded list of topics from the 10-hour course. Thirty (30) hours of mandatory and optional topics will be covered.

Thirty (30) hours of mandatory and optional topics will be covered.

Rockford Systems offers a variety of safety training courses, including OSHA 10-Hour, OSHA 30-Hour, Machine Safeguarding Seminars, and other courses at our Rockford Systems Training Center in Rockford, Illinois (150,000 population), approximately 100 miles northwest of Chicago, Illinois.

General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) – Approx 100-mile drive SW to Rockford Training Center
Chicago Rockford International Airport (RFD) – Approx 3-mile drive to Rockford Training Center

Hotels:
The following hotels offer discounted rates to attendees (mention the “Rockford Systems” at registration): Hampton Inn 815-229-0404. The Courtyard Marriott 815-397-6222 is an alternate but does not offer discounted rates. Most attendees fly into O’Hare, rent a car, and stay at the Hampton Inn.

The OSHA-10 General Industry Course is led by Brent Bryden. Brent is the CEO of InterActive Safety Solutions Inc. and a Certified OSHA Safety Instructor for the National Safety Education Center at Northern Illinois University (NIU) in DeKalb, Illinois and the National Safety Council. He has 33 years of manufacturing, environmental, health and safety experience.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

For reservations that need to be changed to a different date, please contact us to reschedule. All cancellations will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Refunds are not available for no shows.

Replacement Cards

If you have lost your 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA card, please contact your authorized trainer, Brent Bryden at 815-742-0513 or brent.bryden@outlook.com. He will be able to order a replacement card on your behalf for a $25 replacement fee.
