An experienced business leader with extensive background leading industrial companies, Joe Nitiss has introduced next generation strategies to Rockford Systems that are aggressively driving its growth with an emphasis on strong execution and operational efficiency, while fulfilling its mission to deliver products and solutions that promote a safer, healthier and more profitable workplace for its customers. Before joining Rockford Systems 2016, Mr. Nitiss served as General Manager of the North American business unit of Elster. Mr. Nitiss also spearheaded major strategy and technical shifts as President North America of Emerson’s Chloride Group and during his tenure overseeing Genesis Cable (now Honeywell Cable) as General Manager. Prior to those positions, Mr. Nitiss was Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Honeywell International and Vice President of Marketing for Emerson. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago.

Vice President of Sales: Matt Brenner
Matt Brenner boasts more than 16 years of experience at Rockford Systems where he began his career as Inside Sales Coordinator, then advanced to Midwest Regional Manager and Machine Safeguarding Specialist. In his time with Rockford Systems, Brenner has developed strategic relationships with Fortune 500 customers and distribution partners instrumental to the company’s ongoing success. Mr. Brenner holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from The University of Illinois.

VP of Engineering & Operations: Brian Boes
As Director of Engineering, Brian Boes is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Engineering Department. He oversees the design process of Safety Integration to Controls and Machinery, works to develop new products, and assists salespeople in the field with product applications. Mr. Boes has been with Rockford Systems for 19 years and holds an Associates in Applied Science for Electronics Engineering Technology from Rock Valley College.

Bill Holliday has over 35 years of financial experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Rockford Systems, Mr. Holliday served as Vice President of Finance for J.L. Clark LLC, a diversified packaging company based in Rockford, Illinois from 2002 to 2017, and was Director of Finance at tool maker W.A. Whitney Co. from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Holliday holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Carrie Halle’s major focus is spearheading and supporting strategic and tactical marketing activities and driving new channel opportunities that present a unified brand identify for Rockford Systems and drive marketplace awareness and growth. In addition, she is responsible for providing strategic direction for major market initiatives, including brand and product strategies, market intelligence, web marketing efforts and social media, marketing services, and voice-of-the-customer interaction. Previous to Rockford Systems, Ms. Halle held various B2B marketing positions with Magid Glove & Safety, Dover’s Pump Solutions Group, Sloan Valve Company and Emerson’s KNAACK, part of the Professional Tools Division.
